You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging intact.

For safety and hygiene reasons, food and treats cannot be returned. This ensures the wellbeing of every dog we serve.

Our dog beds are crafted to order, with each piece made especially for your dog. Because of this bespoke process, returns are accepted, but we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can guide you through the best way to return your made‑to‑order item.

Our size guide ensures your dog’s bed fits them perfectly, while our swatch service allows you to see and feel the fabric in your own home before placing your order. These tools are designed to support thoughtful, considered purchasing and to honour the slow‑made nature of our products.

Customers are responsible for covering return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely back with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
